Measurement Control Systems is committed to ensuring your precision instruments meet your exact specifications. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any equipment back to our facility.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, calibration certificates, and accessories to ensure safe transit and full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a traceable carrier to the address provided by our service department.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned hardware for damage and calibration integrity; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
